Street Cleaners Out In Force Today At City Hall

Today is the day the mayor is sworn in and based on the last three years we will hear the same crap and it will be predicated on the province and the feds pouring money into the city........he still has his butt up his ass.

When he stands in front of Toronto City Council today and gives his inaugural speech, Mayor David Miller must do more than merely recite a list of priorities for the coming four years. Residents know only too well the problems facing the city, including budget shortfalls, gridlock, homelessness, crime, a soaring business property tax, job losses, garbage and a stagnant waterfront. They don't need the list read out again, followed by promises of small steps forward or vague assurances of broader change.
