- Councillor Adam Giambrone, Davenport (Ward 18): TTC chairman

- Councillor Joe Mihevc, St. Paul's (Ward 21): TTC vice-chairman

- Councillor Norm Kelly, Scarborough-Agincourt (Ward 40): Scarborough community council chairman

- Councillor Maria Augimeri, York Centre (Ward 9): Chairman of North York community council

- Councillor Janet Davis, Beaches-East York (Ward 31): Toronto and East York community council chairman

- Councillor Frances Nunziata, York South-Weston (Ward 11): Chairman of Etobicoke-York community council
