Maybe someone will publish the home address of Comrade Miller and people should feel free to dump their garbage, have their dogs shit, etc. on his lawn. Maybe the tourist board can also show possible visitors from Michigan how clean Toronto is thanks to them accepting our garbage for the past few years.
