Let me put on my Gore/Sushi hat for a moment. I feel for those, expecially those working/living in the downtown core, that are exposed to high pollution rates and I have been advocating for years the way to reduce the problem is to reduce the vehicle traffic, lets say from University on the west to Jarvis on the east; Bloor on the north and the lake on the south, and the simplest way would be to shutdown all parking lots within those boundaries starting with the UNDERGROUND PARKING AT TORONTO CITY HALL .
