TAX PROTEST: The CTF has declared this Friday Black Tax Friday-- the last chance for citizens to register their opposition to the new taxes. They're asking people to call in between 9 a.m. and noon to Access Toronto at 416-338-0338 or the mayor's office at 416-397-2489. Angry citizens can also e-mail the mayor at mayor_miller@toronto.ca or their city councillors at councillor_lastname@toronto.ca.
