No Matter How You Cut It HE Won
And those 48% who didn't excercise their right to vote can take the blame for the antics of Pinochio McGinty over the next 4 years. Not as much blame as those who did vote for him and still blame Harris for McGinty's broken promises.
Sorry to rain on Dalton McGuinty's parade, but he doesn't actually have much of a mandate from the people of Ontario. In fact, only about 22 per cent of the province's eligible voters cast ballots for a Liberal candidate, which isn't exactly a robust endorsement of the Premier's record.
