What Time Will Room Service Close......

.....platitudes like "handup not handout" is well and good but the reality is the $$$ to support initiatives like this has to come from somewhere and it would be interesting to see the figures showing how many become self sustaining. We put a roof over their head, they get fed thanks to the kindness of many organizations so the only question left is are we going to give them a weekly allowance because if we don't where will they get the money for their "vices?" Possibly from panhandling?
