Want To Eliminate Gridlock

David Miller - Empty Streets - Government Employee's Day Off

The streets and expressways in Toronto this morning are empty.
Maybe everyone is out campaigning, scrutineering or sleeping in waiting for polls to open.
Or maybe it's because government employees get today off...
Do the math, 64,000 provincial employees and 62,000 city employees.
Say 80,000 fewer people travelling this morning to work in Toronto.
David Miller wants a cure for gridlock (not really, but allow me this)? Then FORCE all civic employees to take transit. Problem solved.
Wonder how his unions would like this?

About Me

My photo
I lean to the right but I still have a heart and if I have a mission it is to respond to attacks on people not available to protect themselves and to point out the hypocrisy of the left at every opportunity.MY MAJOR GOAL IS HIGHLIGHT THE HYPOCRISY AND STUPIDITY OF THE LEFTISTS ON TORONTO CITY COUNCIL. Last word: In the final analysis this blog is a relief valve for my rants/raves.
