There is no question this school funding issue has pissed off a lot of potential voters and Tory is doing a little damage control with his free vote option so let's give him credit for going public with this before election day. If this is backtracking and I had to comment on McGinty's election promises during the last election the headline would have to read; "McGinty Will Keep His Election Promises At Least Until He Is Elected."
