Nothing Harper Does Is Like The Liberals Did
Cabinet shuffles were simple under the Liberals. The Prime Minister's Office would brief their friends in the press, who would then pretend to speculate, with uncanny accuracy, on the potential outcome. Under the Conservatives, things are as clear as Newfoundland fog.
